Simply Delicious Lemon Squares

There's really only two words needed to describe this desert. 

Simple & Delicious. 

And similar to the description this treat is made with only two ingredients.

All you need is 

One 22oz can Lemon Pie Filling

One box Instant Angel Food Cake Mix

Optional Topping - Sprinkle with Powdered Sugar

Put cake mix and pudding in a large bowl.

Blend ingredients together slowly as angel food, cake mix is fine and will 

make a big mess if you try to mix quickly.

Continue stirring until thoroughly blended.

Split the batter into two 9'x13' pans

Note: I prefer using one 9'x13' pan and one 8'x11' pan

Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes. 

Until the top is light golden brown.

Pull out of oven and place pan upside down on a cooling rack,

as it cools it will separate from the pan.

Remove pan and let sit till completely cool.

Cut into 1 1/2 - 2 in squares

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and place on serving tray.

Severe and Enjoy.
